After years of dedicated research and development, Scinor has broken through two technical barriers, one is the adjustment of the pore size of the membrane in the thermal membrane, the other is the hydrodynamic distribution of the membrane module. Scinor SMT900-P80 module is the product of technological superposition. Adopting more precise membrane forming temperature control technology and multi-stage pore size control technology to make the outer surface of hollow fiber cool rapidly and form grains quickly in the production process, effectively inhibiting the growth of crystal nucleus on the outer surface of the membrane, and realizing the effective separation pore size of 0.03 micron. At the same time, by adjusting the membrane formulation, the membrane fibers have a higher cross-linked spongy structure, improved porosity and the pure water flux of 2000LMH. As a result, the water production efficiency of SMT900-P80 is increased by 35% compared with SMT600-P80, the cross-membrane pressure difference reduced by 20%, and the chemical consumption reduced by 40%.

The integrated design with less footprint can be widely used in desalination, emergency water supply, slightly polluted water treatment and other fields, and the advantage of emergency water supply is particularly significant for different users to bring exclusively customized product and services.
One of the service upgrades brought by Scinor, is system-wide BIM (Building Information Modeling) design: the design team, the construction unit, the owner and other parties can work together based on BIM to effectively improve work efficiency, save resources and reduce costs. The other is intelligent cloud tracking analysis which is based on the effective analysis of more than 900 cases of Scinor, the concept of big data is put forward.
