Scinor launched the newest pressurized UF membrane modules, including SMT600-P80E, SMT900-P80 and WILLTAW systems.
The SMT900-P80 has been upgraded with an internal hydrodynamic structure and a higher cross-linked spongy structure. Compared with SMT600-P80, the pure water flux is increased by 100% to 2000LMH, and the cross-membrane pressure difference is reduced by 20%. In one steel plant wastewater reuse project, the water production efficiency has been greatly increased by 35% while reducing the wastewater discharge. The product water of UF is used as makeup water for water cycling system, realizing the reuse\recycle\energy recovery goal of the factory.
